Built between 1300 and 1400, within the ancient walls of the city, the building is in the Gothic style, but also has influences of Arabic Norman that prove the second floor with an inlay formed by lava stone and white stone of Syracuse, Norman are the crenellations dovetail with which ends the construction. Of great value also mullioned windows of the second floor inlaid on the sides and surmounted by a rose window pierced. Today it is the headquarters of the foundation Mazzullo with the works of Messina.
