Temple of Apollo

Built by the Greeks in the sixth century. Ac, filed 17 columns on one side and 6 on the other hand with a second inner row of smaller columns that supported very probably the roof, of what now remains only of the sections and 2 of the columns surrounding him. On one side of the steps is engraved dedication to the god Apollo, over the centuries the temple underwent numerous transformations about the destination, from Byzantine church Arab mosque in Norman church in Spanish barracks. Just within the latter, was discovered in 1860 but only between 1938 and 1943 was brought to light.
